Gentle Flow For the beginner as well as experienced yogis, relaxation and restoration is the goal of this class to counter-balance the stress of our daily lives. Using the breath, you will put yourself into the present moment to relax, renew and restore your well-being while increasing your flexibility and building internal and external strength.
Vinyasa means to flow and each asana is linked with the breath flowing from one move to the next creating heat and suppleness in the mind and body. Melt away stress while building strength and stamina as you explore challenging asanas, balances, inversions and vigorous sequences.
Hatha Yoga explores the inner structures of the body, mind and spirit. With each asana, you will discover where you are strong, tight, weak or dull. Hatha provides a framework for the experience of physical, mental and spiritual wholeness while strengthening your core and helping you breathe more deeply.
Yin Yang** builds strength internally as well as externally. We cultivate concentration, confidence, and endurance through deep release with the long holds of Yin to promote greater circulation of energy through the energy channels of the body followed by a Yang (Vinyasa) flow.
Restore and Strengthen increases your flexibility, mobility and core strength. Whether you’re an athlete, gardener, at-home manager or workplace warrior, you know the stress of doing all the time. Restore and Strengthen Yoga will help you undo that stress through slow, meditative asanas linked by the soothing power of your breath.
